Provider-ordered skin testing for dust, trees, weeds, grasses, fungi, dogs, cats, and screening for multiple foods.

Minor surgical procedures such as repair of an earlobe laceration. Local anesthesia and related in-office follow-up for three months are included. When needed, pathology services are billed separately by the pathology provider.

Ear Tube Placement

Placement of a plastic tube in the eardrum to allow fluid drainage. Bilateral procedure is $700; with in-office general anesthesia is $1300.
